Why It Matters

A Cheap Pond Costs You Twice

Wrong contractor. Poor design. Corners cut on grading or drainage. You end up with a pond that leaks within 3 years, floods every heavy rain, or chokes with algae because nobody thought about water circulation.

We've rebuilt dozens of ponds that other contractors built wrong. The fix always costs more than doing it right the first time.

A properly engineered pond lasts 25-50 years. A cheap one lasts until the first bad storm season.

Our Work

Built to Be Beautiful. Engineered to Last.

Every pond we build is a marriage of engineering and aesthetics. Proper slopes, drainage, and water control structures hidden beneath landscapes that look like they were always there.

Everything From Permits to Planting

One team handles every phase. No finger-pointing between contractors. No surprises.

Custom Design
Ponds designed around your property, soil conditions, drainage needs, and aesthetic vision. Residential, commercial, or agricultural — every one is unique.
Professional Excavation
Precision grading with heavy equipment, proper compaction, engineered slopes. We build the structure right so the finish looks effortless.
Water Control Structures
Spillways, weirs, and outfall pipes engineered for proper water level management. Designed for your specific drainage requirements and flood prevention.
Liner Installation
When soil conditions demand it — HDPE or clay liners for guaranteed water retention. We test your soil first so you only pay for what you actually need.
Stormwater Compliance
Designs that meet all local stormwater management requirements. We handle permitting with water management districts so your project moves on schedule.
Landscaping & Finishing
Native littoral plantings, bank stabilization, erosion control seeding, and aesthetic landscaping. Your pond looks established from the day we hand it over.

Built For You

You Need a New Pond If...

You're developing a new subdivision or commercial property and need stormwater retention that passes inspection
Your HOA needs a water feature that looks great, holds stormwater, and doesn't become a maintenance nightmare
Your golf course needs a new water hazard or irrigation pond that meets tournament-level aesthetics
You want a private pond on your property for fishing, recreation, or simply because you want your land to be something special

However big or small the project, the approach is the same:

Design it right. Build it once. Make it last.

Questions

Common Questions

How much does a new pond cost?
It depends on size, depth, soil conditions, and features. Small backyard ponds start around $5,000. HOA retention ponds typically range from $25,000-$100,000+. Large commercial lakes can be $50,000-$500,000+. We give you an exact number after the free site visit — never a vague range.
Do I need a permit?
Almost always, yes. Florida requires permits for ponds connecting to waterways, in wetland areas, or built for stormwater management. We handle all permitting — county, water management district, environmental — as part of our service. You don't touch any paperwork.
How long does construction take?
A typical residential pond takes 2-4 weeks of active construction. Larger commercial projects run 2-3 months. Permitting can add 4-8 weeks upfront — which is why we start that process immediately. You'll have a detailed schedule before we break ground.
What size pond can you build?
Everything from small backyard water features (1/10 acre) to large commercial retention ponds and lakes (10+ acres). The process scales — the engineering rigor doesn't change whether it's a koi pond or a 5-acre lake.
What if my soil doesn't hold water?
Sandy soil is common in Florida. If your soil can't hold water naturally, we install an HDPE or clay liner. We always test soil before recommending a liner — so you only pay for it if you actually need it. Many sites do fine without one.
