The Problem
Ponds Don't Age Gracefully
Every pond has a lifespan. Banks erode from wave action and foot traffic. Liners crack and leak. Spillways deteriorate. Sediment accumulates until a 10-foot pond becomes a 3-foot mudhole.
The signs are always the same: water levels dropping after rain, banks caving in, algae that won't quit, and neighbors starting to complain.
The longer you wait, the worse the erosion gets — and the more expensive the fix becomes.
